Quiet in the apartment. Why not live in an apartment?

The demand for real estate is on a continual upswing. For instance, there were 3,617 transactions recorded in the Russian Federation during March-April 2015, classified as contracts for the purchase and sale of residential, commercial, or administrative properties. By April-May 2020, this figure reached 3,075, representing a 5% increase in apartment transactions compared to 2015. The expansion of business and administrative spaces per 1,000 residents is evident from the following statistics: - The total available square footage rose by 17.5% (14,345 sqm) from 2015 to 2018. - The number of transactions for premises per 1,000 residents, which exceeded 100,000, fell by 15.4% from 2018 to 2019. - Russian citizens account for 17.5% of premise ownership. - The average cost of apartment ownership in the first half of 2020 was 1,075 1/2 acres, or 16,545 sqm. By the end of 2020, the Russian Federation is expected to be the first country to achieve compliance with the Committee's recommendations from the Third Millennium Development Program.
